A steakhouse is a restaurant that specializes in beef steaks and other prime cuts of meat, like pork chops lamb chops, and salmon or tuna. Usually, these steaks are a fairly large portion cooked-to-order and are served with a variety sides.. The same type of restaurant is also known as a chop house.
